2. For question about how you should approach a certain situation or what information to enter when filling out particular fields, please join our Facebook group for assistance. While we cannot guarantee that we will provide an answer, we will do our best to provide guidance.

We will be working with two major items in this program:

1. Google Docs for our SOPs and worksheets for the client.

2. Bright Local for citation campaigns*

*You do not need to use BrightLocal for your GMB optimization or your citations. However, we've been using it for years and find it to be the best solution on the market.
