Template Features
This is a NEW and upgraded version of our Agency Website Development Process Template for ClickUp. In this version we've streamlined the process website building process into 5 separate project phase lists and added a dedicated administration list.
The template is designed so that you can work on the website process in parallel phases, or add dependencies to implement waterfall development.
There are now built-in custom fields for the Step # so you can easily order (and edit the order) of your tasks in a phase.
Each phase has a Phase custom field so you can easily track a tasks's phase in your reporting.
A SOP custom field is available for you to add links to your team training for the specific task.
A custom list view is available so you can see a summary of a project's tasks so you don't need to scroll through multiple lists to get an update.
No agency template would be complete without agency-level features and agency-management views:
